How is your jewelry made?
All Sabrina Maria jewelry is hand-fabricated in my Arizona studio, one piece at a time. I strive to use only recycled, reclaimed, and fair-mined precious and semi-precious metals as well as conflict free stones. I am proud to be able to design responsible and beautiful, eco-friendly jewelry.
How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
Once you place your order, I will immediately begin working on your lovely piece. I am usually able to have your jewelry ready to ship within two to three business days. Need that last-minute gift…like yesterday? Don’t worry, I may be able to help you with that. Contact me prior to placing your order.
What is your return policy?
I want you to love your jewelry as much as I do! If for any reason you’re not totally in love or 100% satisfied, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for a return/exchange authorization. All unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving authorization in the original condition you received them in. All items must be shipped back unworn and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. A restocking charge may apply.
Please note: All custom orders, custom engraved rings, hand stamped jewelry, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Do you make custom jewelry?
You bet. See something you would like, but maybe you want to change it just a bit? Let’s talk. Contact me. I am more than happy to work with you to customize your jewelry.
How is your jewelry packaged and can I include a gift note?
Each piece of jewelry purchased from Sabrina Maria is packaged in a branded gift box and ready for gift giving. I am happy to include a special gift note in your package by request.
What size Bracelet or Necklace should I order?
I know, ordering the perfect size online can be a challenge. But here are some suggestions that can help:
Standard for Women’s Bracelets:
Petite – 5.5-6 inches
Small - 6.5 -7 inches
Medium - 7.5-8 inches
Large - 8-8.5 inches
Standard for Women’s Necklaces:
14 inches – usually reserved for choker necklaces
16 inches – falls slightly above the collarbone
18 inches – typically falls at the collarbone
20 inches – falls a few inches below the collarbone
22 inches – drapes at or above the neckline
24 inches – drapes below the neckline
Oh No! I lost an Earring. Is there a way to get a replacement?
It’s happened to the best of us. You look into the mirror only to see one earring shining back at you. I will be more than happy to make you a replacement earring if possible. If we are still currently making the earring you lost, reach out to us to see if you can get a replacement. This of course depends on the availability of materials. Unfortunately, some stones are too rare and unique to ever match again.
